At the Mengo Hospital Eye Clinic in Uganda, you have provided the gift of sight to children like Leah, Nakisinde, Mathias and so many more. Last year, more than 3000 eye surgeries were performed.

Heyiriya
You have given a voice to people who live with a disability. Last Christmas, you helped Heyiriya who lives in a small village in the south of Ethiopia with her husband and five grandchildren. Heyiriya had surgery and her eyelids were reversed so that her lashes no longer grew into her eyes which caused her great pain threatening to make her blind.
