Signing and returning your tax relief form is all it takes to help us claim additional cash that will allow us to help even more families in need around the world.
How Tax Efficient Giving Works
Whenever a donor donates €250 or more in a single year, CBM can claim 44.9% of your donation from Revenue. If everyone returned their forms, we would be able to generate income that would be used to save lives in the areas where we work. It’s that easy!
Download, print, and complete the CHY3 form by:
1) Adding your PPS number at the top of the form
2) Sign and date the form
3) Return to: CBM, 176 Ivy Exchange, Granby Place Dublin 1
