Inclusion Advisory
Inclusion advisory is one of our core vehicles of change, helping to create and facilitate transformational changes in organisations and institutions through:
technical advice
change facilitation
capacity strengthening
sharing that works
The CBM Global Inclusion Advisory Group supports others in putting inclusion into practice. CBM Ireland is an integral part of this global advisory initiative.

Our Advisory Approach
CBM’s advisory is leveraging over a decade of experience from CBM Australia to provide inclusion advice to donors and governments, INGOs, and various multilaterals, such as the UN and the World Bank.

CBM has tested and refined this advisory approach, which includes locally-led work with and alongside disability movement e.g., with organisations of persons with disabilities (OPDs). Core elements of inclusion advisory approach of CBM include:
Complement the agenda and amplify the voices of disability movement
Rights-based approach to providing advice
Responsive and tailored advice
Team approach, our advisors include sector experts, experts with substantial experience of working with OPDs, etc.
Use of a capacity strengthening approach
