Dualta Roughneen

CEO CBM Ireland

Dualta joined CBM Ireland in 2023 as CEO after nearly 20 years with international NGOs. A civil engineer by training, he has led humanitarian programmes worldwide and is passionate about disability inclusion, good governance and financial stewardship. He likes to run, read and write.

Brian Friel

Finance Manager

Brian is a chartered accountant of almost 25 years work experience in the not-for-profit sector with experience overseas in Europe, Africa and Asia. He has worked in domestic not for profits since returning to Ireland in 2004.
