Have you ever wondered what it feels like to be blind or have a visual impairment? CBM is supporting World Sight Day by giving you the chance to find out for just three minutes, by taking our “CBM White Cane Walk.”

Equipped with special simulation glasses and a white cane, you’re invited to find your way around our walking course solely by means of touch and your other senses.

This year’s theme for World Sight Day is “Gender and Eye Health – Equal Access to Care.”

The objective is to expose the inequality that women face in gaining access to fair and adequate sight care, and to explore ways to bring about change.
