Millenium Development Goals

The Millennium Development Goals were agreed to by all the world's countries and all the world's leading development institutions with the aim of achieving the targets by 2015.

The targets range from halving extreme poverty to halting the spread of AIDS and providing universal primary education, all by the target date of 2015.

CBM believe tackling disability is at the core of achieving these goals. We believe poverty creates disability and disability creates poverty.
