Moya Sings for Tanzania
Moya Brennan has just recently returned from a very successful trip to Tanzania for CBM. During her journey she visited the wonderful hospital set up by CBM in the capital, Dar es Salaam, called CCBRT; and finished her trip by performing for the Irish Embassy of Tanzania.
This performance was a great success, not just because the night raised considerable funds for the local CBM projects, rather a relationship was formed that night between CBM and many of the most influential and affluent members of society in Tanzania. Ambassadors from many nations attended, and some dedicated resources to CBM projects on the very night. A success.
Moya's music built bridges between embassies and CBM in Tanzania; and as Ireland's interest grows in Tanzania, demonstrated by the Taoiseach's recent visit, we will be ready.
